It took them 4 months to erect the face and the resting place. "Naimy viveu até os 99 anos. Neste pequeno vídeo, você pode ouvir o velho homem com uma voz profunda dizer em árabe literário que nosso tempo de vida se estende de eternidade a eternidade. Então você o vê fazendo sua preparação diária, ele estava sempre limpo e bem vestido, mesmo ficando em casa. Em seguida, tomando café da manhã, que durante anos foi quase o mesmo menu de grapefruit e quatro torradas com manteiga e mel. (Naimy costumava produzir mel em sua fazenda na montanha, e dominava a arte de produção de mel natural, trabalhou a terra para a agricultura, e sabia como cuidar das abelhas, a quem ele admirava, (ele também era vegetariano). Você então vê duas senhoras na cozinha preparando refeições da montanha simples e saudáveis, uma é a esposa do sobrinho de Naimy, e então há uma conversa com May filha de Najib, irmão mais novo de Naimy, May casou uma vez, mas o casamento não durou muito tempo, com o seu filha Suha ficaram com Naimy até que ele faleceu, May Naimy dedicou sua vida a manter a casa de Naimy perfeitamente em ordem, garantiu seu conforto em sua velhice, ela diz que para ela é um prazer e não um sacrifício. No final você vê a capa da primeira edição da Mirdad em árabe, publicado pela Dar Sader no Líbano." Explicação por Zaven Laleyan. Nota: A capa do livro mostrada ao final é a mesma da primeira brasileira de 1965.



No video "Entrevista com Mikhail Naimy" vemos entre os minutos 3:08 e 3:29 o autor do Livro de Mirdad escalando Shamadam petrificado na rocha. Esta rocha apareceu na capa das primeiras edições em árabe e português em 1965.
